2002 Camaro (H1 projector) instal problems

Alright I just bouht an HID kit and installed them into the car. I had also bought projector headlamps as well. The problem I am having is when the passanger side headlight is aimed in a certain way, this awful buzzing noise keeps showing up and when i move the headlight lense, it seems to go away. WTF is going on? Also sometimes my high beams dont want to work even when everything is connected correctly. I looked for fuses for the headlights so that I can put in a larger fuse but I cant seem to find out where te fuses go. I see spots for them in the fuse panel but there are no prongs in there for a fuse. Im not sure what I have to do but im getting that bussing noise alot and the lights keep flickering. I spent a better part or 2 weeks trying to figure it out and I just dont know what I am supposed to do or add to the car. Also is there a special way that the bulbs have to face inside the housing so that they are properly aimed? Things just arent going well for me at the moment =( Please help anyone!

Maybe it's the canbus problem. You should add can bus cables to solve this problem.
And it's easy to solve it.
